I was born and raised in France and relocated to Portland, OR in 2017.

With a background in aesthetics and early childhood education, I have always felt drawn to work closely with people in nurturing and supportive ways.

I graduated from the prestigious East West College of the Healing Arts, where I deepened my understanding of the body-mind connection. I strive to bring a warm, grounding presence to my sessions, blending intuition with technical knowledge to create personalized treatments tailored to each individual’s needs. My work is guided by a belief in the body’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal when given space and care. I blends modalities such as Swedish massage, Ayurvedic Massage, myofascial release, PNF stretching and nervous system regulation techniques to approach bodywork in a holistic way.

When I am not nerding out on human anatomy I enjoy rock climbing, pole dancing, or taking my 4 year old son on adventures around the city.

The ayurvedic treatments are adapted from hands-on training with Debbie Anne Taylor, LMT and the writings of Dr. John Douillard.
